**What You Can Expect:** * Define and monitor continuous improvement objectives. * Optimize workflow and operational space in the warehouse. * Participate in and lead warehouse operational processes. * Collaborate with other departments in client onboarding and management system implementation. * Maintain direct communication with clients to track service delivery. * Develop and monitor logistics KPIs to improve performance. * Act as Key User for information systems (Blue Yonder). * Implement corrective and preventive actions in response to incidents. * Ensure operational profitability for clients by coordinating warehouse resources. * Supervise and organize human and material resources in the warehouse. * Serve as site manager (facilities maintenance, client visits, administration, and supplies). * Issue and control client invoicing based on management systems. * Manage new client onboarding projects, ensuring successful launch. * Ensure compliance with company safety policies and measures. * Ensure compliance with the quality management system. **What You Bring:** * Degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehouse management and logistics projects. * Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS – Blue Yonder, ERP). * Advanced Microsoft Office skills. * Desirable: training in Lean Logistics and inventory management. * English: B2 level.
