Job Summary: We are seeking a technician for product design validation, from test plan definition through execution and monitoring, collaborating on secure design and supporting other departments. We are looking for a candidate with a technical background to join our team in Madrigalejo del Monte. Your primary responsibility will be product design validation—from defining test plans through executing and monitoring tests. This includes establishing acceptance criteria, planning required resources and tools, and preparing detailed reports reflecting the results obtained. Additionally, you will actively contribute to secure product design, ensuring all technical aspects meet the highest quality and safety standards. You will serve as a key support for other departments such as Hardware Design, Technological Development, and Software Development, contributing your expertise to enhance overall product performance and quality. A significant part of your role will involve creating documentation justifying the tests performed, maintaining meticulous records of each validation process. Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as willingness to provide constructive feedback. Clear and effective communication of test results is critical. While not mandatory, experience with tools such as Codesys, SICK software, Polarion, Jira, or Azure will be considered a strong advantage. Vocational Training at Intermediate Level in technical or management fields, preferably Mechatronics. Proficiency at intermediate-to-advanced level in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI) and intermediate-level English are required. We seek a Junior profile with 1–3 years of prior experience in technical roles. A personal vehicle is mandatory due to the location. Familiarity with Codesys, SICK software, Polarion, Jira, and Azure will be valued. Analytical capability, problem-solving skills, and effective reporting of test results are expected.
