




Currently, we need to incorporate a **Social Domain Telematics Operator** at our offices located in **Hospitalet de Llobregat** (Pl. d'Europa, 10\) to make calls primarily aimed at providing **emotional support and telephone companionship** in **situations of higher complexity**, including those requiring **coordination with special protocols, post-emergency follow-up, and management of technological resources**, as well as **handling telephone emergencies** from users of the teleassistance service **What will you do in this position and what will be your responsibilities?** * **Make outgoing calls** primarily aimed at providing **emotional support and telephone companionship** to **users in more complex situations**, offering active listening, emotional containment, guidance, and conducting awareness campaigns promoting their well-being. These actions may involve **coordination with special protocols and post-emergency follow-up.** * **Handle emergencies and critical situations received via telecommunications or phone calls at the contact center**, using available management systems and applications, **applying specialized techniques and skills** to ensure service quality, personalized attention, and confidentiality, while also managing alerts and technological resources when necessary. **What do we offer?** * Positions within Diputació de Barcelona. * Workload: 40 hours per week * Schedule: + Morning shift: 6\-3 rotating shift from Monday to Sunday, 07:00 to 15:00. + Evening shift: 6\-3 rotating shift from Monday to Sunday, 15:00 to 23:00. * Indefinite contract. * Annual salary: 19\.450€/b **The ideal candidate:** The person must have skills to effectively manage crisis situations and provide support to users in emergency circumstances; therefore, previous experience in telephone emergency response or within the social sector will be positively valued. Additionally, they must demonstrate excellent communication, comprehension, and empathy skills, as well as the ability to accurately and efficiently follow emergency protocols. The ability to work under pressure and as part of a team, along with a proactive and service-oriented attitude, will be especially valued. **Key skills and experience:** * Essential + University degree in the psychosocial field (Psychology, Social Work, Social Education, Psychopedagogy, or Occupational Therapy) + Higher vocational qualification in the socio-healthcare field (Higher Technician in Social Integration, Higher Technician in Communication Mediation, or Higher Technician in Socio-Cultural and Tourism Animation) * Bilingual level of Catalan * Communication and emotional management skills are essential for effective interaction with users in emergency situations and for providing emotional support when needed. * Proficiency in office software and typing skills to accurately and efficiently record information during teleassistance calls.
