Currently, we are seeking a Team Leader for Mechatronic Assembly, to be based at our facilities in Elgoibar. You will lead and coordinate the mechatronic assembly section, ensuring achievement of production, quality, delivery, and cost targets. You will be responsible for the team, its planning, incident management, and continuous improvement. What will your main responsibilities be? * Plan and coordinate daily activities of the assembly team (4 people), allocating resources according to workload, priorities, and delivery deadlines. * Supervise correct execution of mechatronic assemblies according to drawings, procedures, and technical specifications. * Analyze incidents and non-conformities, identifying root causes and promoting corrective and preventive actions. * Drive continuous improvement through Lean tools. * Collaborate with Production, Technical Office, Purchasing, and Quality departments to resolve technical and logistical issues. * Monitor and report key performance indicators for the section (productivity, efficiency, incidents, on-time delivery). * Ensure a safe, organized, and clean working environment. * Participate in defining and optimizing processes, tooling, and assembly standards. What do we require? * Higher vocational training or degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering, or similar fields. * Minimum 5 years of professional experience in industrial assembly environments, with assembly and fitting processes being highly valued. * Knowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and/or management programs. * Leadership and team management skills, as well as incident resolution capabilities.
