With proven experience in Payment Methods – Cards and the ability to manage technology projects alongside development/testing teams. In this role, your key responsibilities will include: * Analysing and refining requirements together with the Cards Business and Operations teams in the countries where the Plard platform operates. * Designing, based on requirements, the optimal functional solution, considering product release principles. * Documenting and organising the solution using Plard’s management tools: JIRA. * Validating that the proposed technical solution meets the functional requirements you have defined. * Periodically reporting on requirement status: progress level; blockers and their resolution; timeline deviation alerts and mitigation plans. **WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TEAM** Our people are our greatest strength. The following requirements represent the essential knowledge, skills and competencies for this role. Professional experience: * Proven experience in Payment Methods – Cards is mandatory. * Card authorisation process: Visa, Mastercard and Amex. * Settlement process with card schemes: Visa, Mastercard, Amex. * Cloud operations: experience working on Cloud projects (Amazon or Azure) is required.
