If you are interested in participating in the selection process and wish to become part of this team and accompany us in this major challenge, **do not hesitate to apply**!. **Job Description** -------------------------- Your ***Responsibilities*** will include: * Monitoring and managing energy expenses for buildings owned by the Port Authority of Bilbao. * Daily operation of various buildings through monitoring multiple SCADA systems, recording consumption data, and performing detailed analysis. * Daily monitoring of proper SCADA system functionality and coordinating its maintenance with the developer. * Reporting excessive energy expenses to the property owner and recommending corrective measures. * Preparing and presenting a monthly summary report to the property owner. * Collaborating in the preparation of the annual EVO-type Report. * Analyzing and proposing to the property owner investment opportunities aimed at reducing energy consumption. * Conducting Building Energy Certifications. **Requirements** -------------- ***Education:*** Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering (Specialization: Thermo-Energy Engineering); studies completed. ***Experience:*** Valued but not required. ***Requirement:*** Proficiency or strong interest in SCADA systems; academic background or projects related to energy studies or similar topics.
