Experience translating business requirements into technical requirements. * Skills in backlog management, task prioritization, and product roadmap. Competencies in cost, time, planning, and reporting management. * Communication with technical and business stakeholders. * Management of multidisciplinary teams. **DESIRABLE** * Desirable experience in industry (plant management, warehouses, ERP, MES).
