We are recruiting for our client, an international Spanish group with over 25 years of experience and global presence, selling across all five continents and operating manufacturing plants and distribution centers in Europe and the Americas, for a PLC Programmer. **Position Objectives** Develop, program, optimize, and maintain PLC-based industrial automation systems, ensuring proper operation of production processes, operational efficiency, and compliance with quality and safety standards. **Key Areas of Responsibility** * PLC programming and commissioning (Siemens, Allen\-Bradley, Delta). * Design and development of programs. * Diagnosis and resolution of faults in automated systems. * Industrial process optimization and continuous improvement. * Preparation of technical documentation. * Coordination with maintenance, production, and technical office teams. * Technical support during customer installations and commissioning (if applicable). * Compliance with industrial safety regulations and occupational risk prevention standards. **Position Skills (Soft)** * Analytical skills * Problem-solving * Conflict resolution * Prioritization ability * Ability to work independently or as part of a team * Good time management and ability to complete tasks within agreed deadlines. **Position Skills (Hard)** * Knowledge and experience performing product design tasks * Experience proposing products or improvements **Formal Education:** Technical/University Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or equivalent; Higher Vocational Training (FP Superior) in Industrial Automation and Robotics. **Relevant Experience:** Minimum 2 years. **Willingness to Travel:** Yes (3–4 times per year) **Languages:** Yes **Tools Used:** PC. **Specific Software:** Siemens, Allen\-Bradley and Delta PLCs, frequency converter and servo motor programming.
