Unofficially we are a collection of travel, history, food and culture nerds/junkies/obsessives who love sharing our passions with our guests. Many of us began life with Devour as guides. In fact, our co\-founders were guides when they began the company in Spain, 14 years ago. As a result, we understand the core importance of guides to our business. **What we do** We run immersive 3\.5\-hour cooking class that begins with a brief visit to a local market. What we taste is always rooted in a sense of place and clear narrative. These regularly scheduled tours will explore Madrid’s most iconic, storied neighborhoods. Max capacity for these tours is 12 pax. **Training with Devour** Our tours are nothing without guides. You sit at the center of our business, and at the front of every guest’s experience. You may be brand new to guiding, or a seasoned pro, we believe everyone can learn more and continuously improve. As a result, we invest heavily in our guides and their education.
