**FUNCTIONS;** – Support for staff at the special employment center: aimed at increasing work pace and productivity. – Implementation of intervention programs, monthly records of work pace and quality, and semi-annual progress reports. – Referral to other services based on staff needs. – Coordination with production management, plant supervisors, and reference professionals for the person providing on-the-job support. **REQUIREMENTS;** QUALIFICATIONS; Vocational Training Level II (FPII) in fields related to socio-labor integration, rehabilitation, disability, and/or social exclusion. EXPERIENCE; Professional experience in social and labor integration, handling behavioral issues, and group dynamics. KNOWLEDGE; Computer skills, proficiency in Excel, Access, Word… – Sensitivity and knowledge regarding work with individuals facing labor insertion difficulties.
