Description

The industrial production operator plays a fundamental role in the manufacturing process within industrial environments. Their primary responsibility is active participation in the production line, performing a variety of tasks that directly contribute to product manufacturing and assembly. This role involves handling and manipulating materials, components, and parts according to established technical specifications. Daily duties include precise operations such as screwing, adjustment, deburring, and other necessary assembly tasks to ensure proper final product formation. The position demands constant attention to detail and strict adherence to the plant's current quality and safety protocols. Work takes place in a dynamic environment where coordination with other team members is essential to maintain production flow efficiency and continuity. The operator must adapt to production rhythms, which may vary depending on demand and manufacturing plan objectives. Additionally, it is the worker's responsibility to conduct basic visual inspections to identify potential defects or deviations in components, reporting any detected anomalies to the relevant supervisors. Basic maintenance of the work area and tools used also forms part of the inherent job responsibilities, promoting an orderly and safe working environment for all employees. The contract will be governed by the collective agreement applicable to the sector, which establishes an annual gross base salary of 20\.300 euros. Working hours are organized under a rotating three-shift system covering morning, afternoon, and night shifts, implying flexibility on the part of the worker to adapt to this cycle. The company will provide the specific training required for the safe performance of assigned duties. Applicable social and statutory benefits will be provided in accordance with current labor regulations. Immediate availability to start the position is required. A minimum of one year's demonstrable experience in similar roles within an industrial production or manufacturing environment is mandatory. Specific training, such as a course in warehouse support activities, will be viewed favorably although it is not an exclusive requirement for hiring. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to work effectively in a team, follow instructions accurately, and maintain a high level of concentration throughout the workday.
