We offer locally roasted coffee, delicious teas, gourmet toast, fresh yogurts, and homemade pastries. Come grow with us in our coffee shop! **What Do We Offer?** * Contracts ranging from 20 to 30 hours per week * Salary according to collective agreement * 44 days of vacation **Responsibilities:** * **Communication Management**: Coordinate with the team to properly manage stock. * **Recipe Monitoring**: Follow recipes and communicate any tool requirements to the head chef. * **Preparation of Dishes**: Use planning sheets to prepare cold and hot dishes. * **Product Storage and Processing**: Store and process products correctly. * **Refrigerator Organization**: Organize according to the FIFO method (first in, first out). * **Stock and Order Management**: Organize stock and place orders based on needs. * **Maintenance and Cleaning**: Keep your station immaculate, complying with Health Standards. * **Food Quality and Safety Regulations**: Ensure compliance with regulations to prevent cross-contamination.
