2 HR Technicians **Indefinite-term contract \| Full-time** Do you want to develop your professional career in the field of Human Resources within a leading public industrial company? What will your day-to-day responsibilities be? ✔️ Support labor and administrative HR management by assisting in the preparation and drafting of documentation related to employee files (certificates, registrations, contracts, transfers, working-hour reductions, leaves of absence, disciplinary proceedings, among others), as well as in drafting minutes and documentation linked to collective bargaining processes. ✔️ Collaborate with the Collaborator Administration Unit in managing and monitoring labor and administrative processes, participating in workforce analysis, hiring activities, and development of internal procedures. ✔️ Manage personnel recruitment processes by defining and publishing job openings, conducting active and passive candidate searches, evaluating candidates using various selection techniques, and collaborating with Division and Department Heads in decision-making. ✔️ Participate in talent development and management processes, supporting implementation and monitoring of plans, performance evaluations, knowledge matrices, onboarding programs, and job descriptions. ✔️ Collaborate on HR projects and initiatives aimed at employee development, knowledge management, training, talent attraction and retention, and continuous improvement of internal processes. Essential Requirements ✔️ Higher Vocational Training Cycle, preferably in fields related to Human Resources management. ✔️ Minimum official English proficiency level: **B1**. ✔️ At least **500 hours** of training in subjects related to Human Resources management.
