We are currently seeking a dynamic, solution-oriented professional with experience in the food service and hospitality sector to join us as Catering Operations Manager. If you have the ability to lead teams, coordinate services, and ensure flawless operational catering… we want to meet you! - Prepare material orders for each event. - Compile the list of staff required for each service. - Train and monitor assigned staff. - Coordinate end-to-end catering service operations and logistics. - Prepare materials according to the production schedule and ensure proper service delivery with assigned staff. - Organize and plan setup, execution, collection, and cleaning. - Supervise and support staff during services. - Client service and incident resolution. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar roles involving coordination of catering services and operational management. * Higher Vocational Education Diploma (FP de Grau Superior) * English (Advanced spoken and written) * Catalan (Advanced spoken and written) * Spanish (Advanced spoken and written) * Competencies / Knowledge: - Leadership: Ability to guide teams, motivate, and ensure goal achievement. - Organization and Planning: Efficient management of time, tasks, and resources. - Clear and Empathetic Communication: Conveying information in an understandable and respectful manner. - Responsibility and Autonomy: Capacity to work rigorously and independently. * Driving License: B * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary: €1,666 * Additional relevant information: Permanent full-time contract.
