




Job Summary: We are seeking an HR Coordinator to serve as the HR reference for the shift, manage incidents, foster team cohesion, and supervise key performance indicators. Key Points: 1. Opportunity to propose improvements and participate in people management We are looking for an HR Coordinator for a company located near Santander. Responsibilities include acting as the HR reference for the shift, managing motivation-related incidents, absenteeism, and conflicts; onboarding new hires; promoting communication and team cohesion; disseminating HR policies; channeling suggestions; participating in meetings with HR and production departments; monitoring KPIs such as turnover and workplace climate; proposing improvements; supporting performance evaluations and training; and coordinating coverage with middle management. A full-time schedule of 40 hours per week is offered, with rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night). Direct employment contract with the company, immediate start. Salary commensurate with candidate’s qualifications. * Prior experience in people management, team coordination, or related HR functions. * Basic knowledge of labor regulations and HR processes. * Strong communication skills, active listening, and conflict resolution abilities. * Ability to work in a production environment and engage directly with staff. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * High organizational capacity, initiative, and orientation toward identifying team needs. * Basic proficiency in office software. * Availability to work Monday through Friday on rotating shifts.
