The position involves direct customer service in the sales area and operation of the cash register, where cash payments, card payments, and loyalty program transactions will be processed. Product restocking on shelves and inventory control in the convenience store are required to ensure product availability. Tasks also include receiving deliveries, verifying delivery notes, and organizing the warehouse. The work environment is dynamic and service-oriented, requiring adaptability to the pace of both the gas station and the associated convenience store. Clear communication with customers and teamwork are essential for the smooth operation of the establishment. Established protocols for cash handling and loss prevention must be followed, maintaining an orderly and attractive sales area. The offered contract is full-time, tailored to the candidate's profile and availability. Salary is determined according to the current sectoral collective agreement for service stations. Rotating shifts are scheduled and communicated in advance to facilitate the employee's personal planning. The company provides initial training to ensure proper performance of duties. The workplace is a service station with an attached convenience store, involving shift work covering various time slots. Applicants must reside in Villacarriedo or its surrounding areas, or have their own vehicle for commuting to work. Full-time availability with rotating shifts is required. Desirable attributes include customer orientation, courteous demeanor, responsibility, and efficiency in cash-handling tasks. Prior experience in customer service, retail, cash register operation, or service stations is considered advantageous. No specific educational qualifications are required; candidates ranging from no formal education to primary education are eligible. A valid driver's license B and personal vehicle are mandatory.
