Your role will be key in the digital transformation of university processes, acting as a bridge between functional users, the internal technical team, and external technology providers. Responsibilities: Coordination of development, evolution, and maintenance projects for corporate management applications. Liaison with functional units for needs analysis and requirement definition. Technical supervision of tasks within Oracle environments (primarily Oracle APEX, PL/SQL, and Oracle DB). Coordination of internal and external teams (technology partners) ensuring deadlines, quality, and alignment with institutional objectives. Control and monitoring of the application lifecycle, from conception through operation and continuous improvement. Functional and technical documentation of implemented projects and solutions. ### **Requirements** \- University degree in a related field \- Prior experience in managing and/or coordinating technological projects, especially in management applications \- Solid knowledge of Oracle technologies: Oracle Database, Oracle APEX, and PL/SQL \- Ability to communicate effectively with both functional and technical profiles \- Experience coordinating internal teams and external providers \- Proficiency in both English and Basque \- Strong teamwork skills and communication abilities; proactive and solution-oriented individual with decision-making autonomy \- Analytical and planning skills, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement Valued: \- Experience in educational environments: familiarity with the university system (management, teaching, and research areas) \- Knowledge of other application development platforms \- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools \- Familiarity with version control tools (Git) and continuous integration (CI/CD) \- Experience in data modeling, functional analysis, and documentation \- Knowledge of personal data protection and security regulations (GDPR, ENS), security standards (ISO 27000\), and IT Service Management Systems (ITIL) \- Identification with the identity and mission of the University of Deusto is also valued \- At the University of Deusto, we support the inclusion of people with disabilities.
