Job Request ID: 24896 Country: Spain Position Location: Parque Tecnológico, Edificio 300 Zamudio, Vizcaya / Bizkaia 48170 **INSPECTION OPERATOR (F/M/X)** **Position Objective:** ITP Aero is seeking individuals to join its Zamudio facility to perform dimensional and visual inspection of aerospace components, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and quality standards required at various stages of the production process. **Your main responsibilities:** • Dimensional inspection during intermediate and final operations. • Visual inspection during intermediate and final operations. • Operation of 5-axis coordinate measuring machines: part setup and removal. • Dimensional inspection of IPA. • Performing brown and yellow dye penetrant inspections. • Use of profilometer for surface roughness measurement. • Calibration of instruments and measuring devices. • Generation and management of Non-Conformities (NCPs). • Part marking using datamatrix. • Interpretation of blueprints and geometric tolerances. • Use of SAP application for various verification-related transactions. **Who we are looking for:** **Education:** • Higher Secondary Education or Higher Vocational Training in metal, mechanical manufacturing, or similar field. **Languages:** • Basic English level (valuable for interpretation of technical documentation). **Experience:** • Previous experience in part inspection within an industrial environment, preferably aerospace or high-precision manufacturing. • Experience operating 3D measuring machines and metrology software will be considered a plus. **Technical Skills:** • Ability to interpret blueprints and geometric tolerances. • Proficiency with measuring instruments and dimensional control systems. • Familiarity with industrial applications such as SAP. **Soft Skills:** • Attention to detail and quality orientation. • Technical rigor and analytical ability. • Teamwork in technical and multifunctional environments. **Why choose this vacancy?** This position will allow you to become part of a leading company in the aerospace sector, with access to cutting-edge inspection and verification technologies.
