Main responsibilities include: \- Project planning, management, and economic control. \- Hiring contractors and restoration specialists. \- On-site team leadership and supervision. \- Inspection and assessment of buildings and elements requiring restoration. \- Preservation and conservation of heritage elements. \- Ensuring regulatory compliance throughout all project phases. \- Guaranteeing workplace safety and risk prevention on site. \- Detailed documentation and monitoring of each restoration phase. ### **Requirements** \- Minimum of 5 years of experience in restoration and rehabilitation projects. \- Experience in heritage or historical element restoration is desirable. \- Degree in technical architecture, architecture, or building engineering. \- Proficiency in tools such as Presto, AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Project, TCQ, LPS, among others.
