Main Responsibilities and Functions FUNDRAISING AND SOCIAL ANALYSIS * Active search for public and private funding (tenders and grants). * Analysis of associated regulations (terms, documents, etc.) related to calls, plans, or specific strategies. * Social research and analysis on migration, human rights, and social services (searching for statistical data, studies, intervention programs, legislation, public policies, etc.). * Meetings with private funders. PROJECT MANAGEMENT, CONTROL, AND MONITORING FUNCTIONS * Application for social projects in the fields of migration and interculturality. * Jointly design and formulate projects with different departments to submit to public/private institutions. * Ensure technical proposals comply with call requirements. * Establish indicators and evaluate project outcomes. * Monitor and justify received grants together with various departments. * Control and manage documentary support archives. COORDINATION FUNCTIONS FOR GRANTS * Control, support, and monitor the submission and subsequent technical and financial justification of obtained grants. * Technical and economic monitoring of funded projects. * Coordinate with various social departments and the administration and finance department. **Profile:** Required Skills, Knowledge, and Competencies Degree in Social Sciences: Sociology, Anthropology, Political Science, Social Psychology, Humanities, Law, etc. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a project management and/or fundraising department within social organizations. Experience in European grants (Erasmus \+, EQUAL, HORIZON, etc.) Additional training in fundraising and grant management (public and private) and/or regulatory frameworks for grants at the European level (European Social Fund), national, regional, and local levels will be valued. Complete professional proficiency in Catalan, Spanish, and English. Knowledge of: project management using Logical Framework methodology, theory of change, evaluation of social projects, social innovation, applied research, knowledge of the organization’s field of action; office software (especially Word, Excel). Required skills: organizational and planning ability; analytical capacity; creativity and innovation; teamwork ability; autonomy; time management; information management: preparation and writing of reports and summaries; attention and concentration, anticipation, and results orientation.
