




**Mission** Profile of an Incident and Problem Manager within the scope of IT Service Management (ITSM) and business operations. Responsible for ensuring efficient resolution of disruptions and preventing recurrences, maintaining continuity and quality of IT services. At least 5 years of experience in service management, and high level of English. **Profile** * Supervise the complete lifecycle of incidents: from identification and registration to resolution and closure. * Classify, prioritize, and assign incidents based on their impact and urgency. * Analyze trends and identify root causes of recurring or critical incidents. * Propose, coordinate, and implement preventive and permanent actions to eliminate or minimize problem occurrences. * Work together with other IT teams and providers to find optimal solutions. * Generate periodic reports on trends, resolution times, and areas for improvement. * Promote continuous improvement of procedures and technological infrastructure * Coordinate resources and teams involved in resolution. * Communicate incident status and progress to users, technicians, and stakeholders. * Document actions taken and propose improvements in management processes.
