If you have **construction experience** and want to **grow** with a nationally leading construction company, this is your opportunity! **What will be your responsibilities?** * Design residential building projects adapted to company standards. * Develop the necessary documentation for project execution. * Design and optimize mechanical installation projects (HVAC, fire protection systems, plumbing, gas, etc.). * Liaise with suppliers and industry professionals to continuously improve the quality of energy and supply systems. * Monitor correct project implementation on site. * Ability to perform economic analysis of projects. **Required qualifications:** * Architect \- Engineer \- Technical Engineer * Advanced proficiency in Revit required **What is offered?** * Immediate incorporation at the Zaragoza offices. * Working hours from Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM and 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM.
