We seek a dynamic, responsible individual with a strong customer service orientation. **Requirements** **Main Responsibilities:** * Serve and attend to guests during breakfast, café, and restaurant service, as well as support other departments. * Enhance guest experience and satisfaction. * Coordinate opening and closing procedures. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and presentation of work areas in accordance with quality standards. * Follow all agreed policies and procedures throughout the property. * Deliver exceptional service exceeding guest expectations. * Adhere to operational standards and procedures. * Handle cash and assist with inventory management. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, menus, and hotel initiatives. * Prepare and present food and beverages according to established standards. * **Requirements:** **What We Are Looking For…** * Ability to multitask, thrive in a dynamic environment, and maintain high attention to detail. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
