What We Offer: * Join our Manufacturing Engineering team to develop aircraft engine components * Compensation commensurate with candidate's experience and qualifications * Flexible working hours and possibility of 1 day of remote work per week * Flexible compensation plan and other social benefits offered by IDDTEK * Excellent working environment Responsibilities: * Support manufacturing processes for sheet metal parts: forming techniques, welding, NDT, dimensional inspection * Interpret manufacturing drawings, process routes, and fabrication instructions * Document non-conformities arising during production and implement preventive and corrective actions * Identify inefficiencies and define actions for continuous process improvement, aimed at achieving quality, cost, and lead-time objectives * Design, draft, procure, and validate process tooling The position requires close collaboration with Quality and Production departments, actively participating in the production of aerospace components. Requirements: * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering * Experience in the tasks described in this job posting is ideal; industrial internships, traineeships, dual training programs, etc., will also be considered * Software: NX (surfaces); SAP and TeamCenter are advantageous * Fluent English proficiency.
