Join us in ensuring our operations meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.**Job Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Implement, monitor, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality standard and ISO 14001 standard, guaranteeing full compliance in all aspects * Ensure full adherence to ISO 9001 quality standards. * Drive continuous improvement in both quality and production processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness. * Plan, lead, and facilitate management meetings with key managers from various departments in Spain, including Production, Sales, Service, Finance, and HR. * Analyze and process customer surveys to identify areas for improvement, ensuring our commitment to customer satisfaction. * Maintain and update comprehensive documentation, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and meeting minutes, to track progress and support informed decision-making. **Qualifications** ------------------ * University degree or technical training in Engineering, Quality Management (or related field). * Knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies, especially ISO 9001 (preferably also ISO 14001). * +2 years of experience in quality, preferably in a related industry. * Familiarity with international quality standards and regulations applicable in Spain. * Analytical, problem-solving, and effective communication skills. * Native Spanish speaker (A2 level English). * Availability to travel up to 20% (to Barcelona). **What We Offer** ----------------- * Access to global opportunities: Be part of our journey as we expand globally.
