Your mission Lead, drive, and coordinate innovation projects from initial stages to closure, connecting all key players within the food ecosystem. ️ Your responsibilities * Facilitate participation from companies, startups, and research groups. * Evaluate opportunities and assess their technical, economic, and strategic viability. * Select suitable partners and coordinate teams. * Ensure technical and administrative follow-up. * Act as the main point of contact between all involved parties. * Prepare documentation, analyze KPIs, and manage risks. * Promote new proposals and represent CNTA at events. **Requirements:** --------------- What we are looking for * Higher university degree (preferably science or technology-related). * Experience in project or innovation program management (3–5 years). * Experience in agri-food R&D (minimum 3 years). * Advanced English and proficiency in planning tools. * Desirable qualifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, open innovation, public funding, etc. What we offer * Indefinite contract. * Full-time intensive schedule. * Remote work up to 3 days/week. * Flexible compensation: meal allowance, health insurance, childcare support. * An excellent professional environment where you can grow, learn, and make an impact.
