Conduct commercial negotiations and present technical projects. **CISA** is looking to fill a **Specifier position in Madrid**, aiming to boost sales growth by ensuring specification of its products in construction projects. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Technical Development and Advisory:** Lead technical development for lock-related projects and provide expert advisory services to design teams. * **Product Specification:** Research and select the most suitable products to achieve the optimal technical and regulatory solution for each project. * **Business Development:** Actively seek new market opportunities and acquire new projects. * **Commercial and Site Visits:** Visit architecture firms, engineering consultancies, and construction companies to present products; conduct follow-up and site visits during project execution. * **Presentation and Negotiation:** Present technical projects to clients and lead commercial negotiations to secure project closure. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Degree in Architecture or Technical Engineering. * **Experience:** Proven experience working as a specifier. **Prior experience or background in the locksmithing, access control, or hardware sector will be considered a significant advantage.** * **Contacts:** Established relationships and an active network of contacts with architecture firms and construction companies. * **Technical Tools:** Solid knowledge of AutoCAD, BIM methodology, or other similar design systems. * Commercial negotiation skills. * Excellent project presentation skills. * Strong technical specification capability and ability to interpret drawings. * **Networking:** Ability to build, foster, and maintain long-term trust with decision-makers. * **Proactivity and Initiative:** High motivation to pursue new projects and opportunities (a "hunter" profile). * **Communication and Influence:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills to persuade both technical professionals and commercial buyers. * **Problem Solving:** Analytical mindset to identify the optimal technical solution for each project’s challenges.
