Job Summary: We are seeking waiter/waitress assistants to support dining room operations, set up tables, attend to customers, and serve beverages at exclusive events. Key Highlights: 1. Possibility of continuity during the summer season We are looking for waiter/waitress assistants to work on an ad-hoc basis in Motril and Almuñécar, providing services for exclusive events and special functions at restaurants along the Costa de Granada. The contract is temporary and part-time. Responsibilities include assisting with dining room service, table setup (mise en place), basic customer service, beverage service and dish delivery, table clearing and cleaning, as well as coordination between kitchen and dining room to ensure smooth service. Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area is also required. Previous experience in the hospitality industry is required; basic knowledge of dining room etiquette is desirable. Candidates must be available for weekends and events, demonstrate customer orientation, agility, and teamwork skills. Residency in the area or easy commuting access to Motril or Almuñécar is mandatory.
