Continuous training and growth opportunities **Description:** ---------------- We are recruiting candidates to fill the position of Development, Processes and Assembly Route Engineer at our Aerotecnic Metallic plant (Seville). The selected candidate will support the assembly area and carry out the following tasks: * Provide daily production support aimed at improving quality and performance. * Define equipment installation processes. * Define tooling, tools, and auxiliary components. * Develop assembly routes. * Prepare process and product work instructions (ITs). * Collaborate in preparing customer audits and certification processes. **What We Offer:** Join a dynamic, flexible and highly qualified company focused on comprehensive manufacturing management of aircraft structures, as part of an expert team committed to competitiveness through innovation. * Flexible working hours with possibility of remote work * Stable employment * Positive working environment * Continuous training * Professional recognition and growth opportunities * Flexible remuneration. **Requirements:** --------------- **What Profile Are We Looking For?** * **Education:** Higher Vocational Training (FP Grado Superior) or Technical Engineering degree; experience in aircraft assembly and equipment installation environments is especially valued. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years performing similar duties in the aerospace sector. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Experience in aircraft equipment installation. * Generation of work instructions, drawings, and technical documentation related to assembly. * Familiarity with aerospace documentation and process regulations (I\+D\-P, AIPS, NE, etc.). * Experience in aerospace assembly processes and tools: drilling, countersinking, riveting, sealant application, bushing and spherical bearing assembly, nut installation, among others. * Knowledge of aerospace assembly certifications. * **Languages:** English B2. * **Computer Tools:** Advanced proficiency in EXCEL, CATIA and SAP (MM module).
