We are seeking an Industrial Laundry Supervisor with proven experience in team leadership and solid knowledge of the sector. The position involves taking direct responsibility for managing operators, including shift planning, supervision, and professional development. Key responsibilities include comprehensive coordination of the hospital laundry process. This encompasses textile reception, classification and control, as well as supervision of washing, drying, folding and packaging processes. Rigorous quality control of hygienized textiles, internal distribution organization, and assurance of compliance with hygiene and biosafety protocols are required. Additionally, the role includes monitoring production, efficiency and service time indicators, incident management and problem resolution. The selected candidate will ensure proper use of machinery, coordinate basic maintenance, implement operational improvements, and support internal audits. Residency in Palma de Mallorca or surrounding areas is essential, as is a medium-level proficiency in Office software and email. We seek a dynamic, solution-oriented and proactive individual.
