You will develop critical software solutions embedded within complex communication architectures—including 5G, edge computing, CPEs, and management and control platforms. You will work in highly demanding technical and regulatory environments, complying with national and international security regulations (CCN, ENS, and specific defense regulations), ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information, and applying secure development best practices. **DAILY CHALLENGES YOU WILL FACE:** * Design, develop, and maintain software components for 5G solutions, including network functions, control systems, and management and monitoring systems. * Participate in the full software development lifecycle: requirements analysis, technical design, implementation, testing, integration, and deployment. * Implement scalable and robust software architectures for 5G, edge, and distributed systems. * Develop software on Linux systems and virtualized or containerized environments. * Apply secure development principles, implementing authentication, authorization, encryption, and secure communication mechanisms. * Participate in software-hardware integration with specialized hardware (CPEs, embedded platforms, communication equipment). * Collaborate closely with pre-sales, sales, hardware, 5G architecture, and operations teams to ensure end-to-end solution coherence. * Produce technical documentation compliant with requirements for classified or sensitive projects. * Participate in validation, certification, and testing processes in operational or laboratory environments. **DO YOU IDENTIFY WITH THIS PROFILE? NOW IS THE TIME TO TAKE THE LEAP!** **PREFERRED EDUCATION:** * Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or equivalent degree. **ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS THAT COUNT:** * Programming languages: C/C++, Python, Java, Go, or other general-purpose languages. * Knowledge of 5G architectures, especially 5G Core and Radio Access Network (RAN), and their integration with other systems. * Linux operating systems; Linux system programming, multithreading, sockets, epoll, networking stack, and debugging (gdb, valgrind, perf). * Communication protocols: TCP/IP, UDP, SCTP, Diameter, HTTP/2, PFCP, GTP. * Virtualization, containers, and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, or others). * API and microservices development (REST, gRPC, etc.). * Cybersecurity principles, cryptography, and secure communications (experience in post-quantum cryptography is a plus). * Version control, continuous integration, and automated testing. * Technical rigor and focus on software quality. * Analytical ability and capacity to solve complex problems. * Teamwork in multidisciplinary environments. * Ability to adapt to regulated and high-confidentiality environments. * Autonomy and proactivity. * Advanced technical English. **DESIRED EXPERIENCE:** * Experience developing software in critical environments, telecommunications, cybersecurity, or distributed systems. * Experience developing software on Open5GS. * Experience using AI tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, etc.) to accelerate development: code generation, refactoring, debugging, test generation, and analysis of existing code.
