We are looking for empathetic, proactive individuals to join a temporary part-time project as the Specialist Lead of Deloitte’s Cybersecurity team in Madrid. As part of this team, you will contribute to monitoring and enhancing the approved internal cyber strategy through the execution of specific projects, and you will develop as a cybersecurity expert. What is the challenge? Reporting directly to the CISO, you will jointly lead with him the design of the organization’s security strategy and monitor its implementation. Leading the monitoring of Deloitte’s cybersecurity metrics. Tracking and reporting on the proper progress of cybersecurity projects. You will work with global, multicultural teams on high-impact projects. How do we envision you? Technically, you will be a strong fit for this role if you meet the following requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering or Computer Science. A Higher Technical Degree in Computer Science and Communications or other technical degrees is also valuable. At least five years of experience in IT Security, particularly in one or more of the following areas: Regulatory compliance Security policy design Cybersecurity metrics and reporting Cybersecurity operations Experience with reporting systems (Power BI, Excel) Cybersecurity knowledge (blue team, red team) Familiarity with information labeling and classification Fluent English is mandatory due to the multinational working environment. An organized, versatile, proactive individual with common sense to analyze and synthesize information and manage tasks effectively.
