Safety, health, quality control, and preparation of files. **Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in works related to rural development and nature conservation, seeks to hire 1 Technical Architect or Building Engineering Graduate to support construction works in Cuenca. **Work Location** -------------------- * Cuenca **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Technical support in project drafting. * Data collection, construction measurements, and surveying of drawings. * Support to the site manager in construction supervision. * Safety and health, quality, and measurement control. * Review and preparation of procurement files. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching the required documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request, at any time during the process, documents verifying the information provided in the application, as well as to require additional information from the curriculum vitae whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits for this vacancy. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * You hold a degree in Technical Architecture or a Bachelor’s Degree in Building Engineering (MECES Level 2) (degree recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities) ### **Prior Experience** * At least 1 year of experience providing support to the site manager in construction supervision ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Class B driving license **Merit Criteria (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Prior Experience** * From 1 day up to 2 years of experience in reviewing and preparing procurement files * From 1 day up to 2 years of experience supporting construction execution and project drafting * From 1 day up to 2 years of experience in data collection, construction measurements, and surveying of drawings ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Proficiency in Presto * Proficiency in AutoCAD **Observations** ----------------- * Offered: + Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 6 months or continuity options through a substitution contract to temporarily cover 1 position of a Mid-Level Graduate at Tragsa until the selection process for permanent staffing is completed.
