Reporting to the After-Sales Service Manager and after a training period, you will be responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance on the installations assigned in your area. **Responsibilities** * Ensure the proper functioning of the installations assigned in your area, such as elevators, escalators, etc., by performing preventive maintenance activities and/or necessary repairs according to the maintenance plan, procedures, and technical service policies. * Keep customers informed about the status of installations * Ensure equipment complies with current legal regulations, minimizing impact on customers and the environment * Ensure the durability and proper operation of tools and equipment under your responsibility * Guarantee compliance with internal policies regarding Health and Safety, Quality, and Environment **Who we are looking for** -------------------- Are you passionate about the service/operations field and a proactive, results-oriented person? Do you approach people proactively and respond appropriately to customer needs? * Mandatory possession of one of the following vocational training qualifications or professional certificates: + Technician in Electromechanical Maintenance + Higher Technician in Industrial Mechatronics + Higher Technician in Industrial Equipment Maintenance + Technician in Installation and Electromechanical Maintenance of Machinery and Pipeline Systems + Specialist Technician in Electromechanical Maintenance + Specialist Technician in Electrical-Electronic Maintenance + Specialist Technician in Mechanical Maintenance + Professional Certificate in "Installation and maintenance of elevators and other fixed lifting and transport equipment" (IMAQ0110) + Professional Certificate in "Development of projects for handling, lifting and transport installations" (IMAQ0210) * Previous experience as an elevator maintenance technician will be valued positively * Valid driver's license is essential * Additionally, we value competencies such as creativity and initiative, openness to change, continuous improvement mindset, and customer orientation.
