Job Summary: We are seeking personnel for home care services, providing personal care, hygiene assistance, support with daily activities, meal preparation and household tasks, accompaniment, and social support. Accompaniment to medical appointments and social/emotional support We are seeking home care personnel in Sorvilán, with a temporary replacement contract due to temporary disability leave. The working schedule is part-time, totaling 144 hours per month during morning shifts, with a monthly salary of 1475 euros. Duties include providing personal care and hygiene assistance to users, helping with daily activities such as getting up, dressing, or eating, preparing meals, and performing basic household tasks. Personnel will also accompany users to medical appointments and external errands, and provide social and emotional support to promote autonomy and prevent isolation. Additionally, personnel must identify and report any changes in the user's health condition or risk situations to the coordinating team, and complete records documenting the care provided.
