Acciona Construcción, within its Railway Affairs Management business line, requires a Chief Production Assistant for its UTE MIV NOROESTE project, based in Salamanca. Job Description Mission: Support the planning, organization, and supervision of task execution to meet established schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Also manage human and material resources, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, ensure compliance with regulations and safety measures, and oversee technical progress and cost control. Responsibilities: Support the Production Manager in: Planning and Execution * Develop and implement the project’s production plan. * Coordinate and supervise the execution of various work packages or "work fronts". * Monitor short-term planning and allocate workloads. * Ensure tasks are completed on time and to the required quality standard. Resource Management * Manage and coordinate teams, equipment, and personnel. * Supervise the availability and proper use of materials. * Coordinate and negotiate with subcontractors. * Manage purchase orders and evaluate suppliers. Control and Monitoring * Monitor the project’s technical and budgetary progress. * Review designs, associated costs, and measurements. * Supervise compliance with occupational health and safety measures. * Carry out environmental and quality management. * Resolve problems and address questions arising during execution. Coordination and Communication * Collaborate closely with the Production Manager and other departments. * Coordinate with other stakeholders involved in the project. * Maintain constant communication with clients, suppliers, and other responsible parties. Candidate Requirements Additional Job Description Requirements: * Education/Qualification: Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering (Roads and Highways), or Public Works Engineering degree. * Experience in production and project execution: field experience, preferably in railway projects and/or in the production of large and small structures.
