Additionally, you will be part of Kelea’s Transformation and Product team, driving transformation in the client’s IT department’s ways of working. Your responsibilities include: * Facilitate the adoption and proper implementation of **Scrum** across teams. * Support the team in continuous improvement, removing impediments and promoting autonomy. * Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders. * Promote agile and development best practices in technology environments. * Foster transparency, communication, and value delivery. Requirements **What We’re Looking for in You** * +3 years of experience as a Scrum Master. * Prior experience in **IT environments** with development teams. * Technical background (previous experience as a developer, QA, etc. is desirable) and/or knowledge of the SDLC. * Solid knowledge and experience with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). * Strong communication and facilitation skills. * Experience in complex projects and distributed environments within large organizations. * Agile certifications (PSM, CSM, etc.). **What We Offer You?** An environment where learning is valued, but also speed in applying what you learn.
