




Position Summary: We are seeking a receptionist to handle public service, communications, and administrative tasks on a part-time basis. Key Responsibilities: 1. Telephone support and mail management. 2. Reception of visitors and public service. 3. Preparation and closing of facilities. We are looking for staff to work at the reception desk in the Granada area. Prior experience in similar roles is required, along with basic computer skills and strong interpersonal and communication abilities. The position is part-time, totaling 28 hours per week, with rotating morning or afternoon shifts and scheduled breaks. The contract is temporary. Duties include operating the telephone switchboard, managing incoming mail and courier deliveries, receiving visitors, and assisting members of the public requesting information. The role also involves preparing facilities for access and performing facility closure procedures at the end of each shift.
