Treasury Specialist

**Your Mission** ================ * Analyze existing treasury processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation * Gather, document, and prioritize business and operational requirements * Map current workflows and design more efficient future\-state processes * Work closely with Treasury, Finance, Product, and Engineering teams to implement process improvements * Prepare clear documentation, process descriptions, and business requirements * Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and trends * Support automation initiatives by translating business needs into actionable requirements * Participate in testing new functionality and validating implemented solutions * Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and suggest further optimizations * Support the Treasury Lead with process\-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives **What Makes You a Great Fit** ============================== * 2\+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, Treasury Analyst, or in a similar analytical role * Strong analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex operational processes * Experience working with large datasets and drawing meaningful conclusions * Ability to document business requirements, workflows, and process documentation clearly * Strong communication skills and the ability to gather requirements from different stakeholders * Experience conducting interviews, workshops, or discovery sessions with business teams * Excellent attention to detail and structured approach to problem\-solving * Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis) * Ability to work independently and drive initiatives from analysis to implementation * Good level of English and fluent Russian **Why You'll Love It Here** =========================== * **Meaningful Impact**: a chance to make a real impact by contributing directly to the growth of a leading fintech company in the payments space! * **Career Development**: we’re young, very ambitious, and serious about growth.
