You will join a team committed to excellence, providing key support in workforce and administrative management. Main responsibilities: Your main mission will be to ensure proper management of contractual processes and labor documentation for our operational staff. Among your primary responsibilities will be: \- Formalize and manage hiring and contract amendments for operational employees \- Control and archive labor documentation, entering and updating data in the SAP system \- Manage contract terminations and resolve issues related to Social Security affiliation changes \- Register mandatory occupational health and safety training via the Preventor platform \- Extract and send personnel lists (SAP queries) to Operations managers \- Collect labor documentation for labor inspections and audits \- Monitor the signing of contractual documents and advise on the most suitable contractual modality \- Perform monthly headcount reconciliation with Social Security ### **Requirements** 23k SBA Education in Labor Relations and Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or similar. At least 1 year of prior experience in hiring or labor management. Knowledge of SAP and proficiency in office software. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
