Your responsibilities will include managing telephone calls, organizing documents and office tasks, and assisting executives with administrative and accounting activities. This is a part-time position conducted on-site at our office in Gijón, with a clear medium-term intention to extend the candidate's working hours, aligned with Arce y Balbuena Asesores' professional development plan. ### **Requirements** Experience in administrative assistance and office task handling. Proficiency in telephone communication and ability to manage communications professionally. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of executive administrative assistance and aptitude for supporting strategic tasks. Clerical skills, such as file organization and document handling. Basic knowledge of office software and ability to quickly learn new technologies. Responsibilities Manage the full daily accounting cycle: registration and posting of supplier and customer invoices, control of cost allocations, and updating of general ledger accounts. Provide support during monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, preparing documentation for internal and external audits, as well as collaborating in the preparation of cost reports, forecasts, margin analyses, and variance analyses. Maintain up-to-date administrative and accounting documentation, manage physical and digital files, and participate in administrative inventory and stock controls. ### **Offered** Permanent part-time contract.
