Assist in reviewing and verifying applications and support in preparing requirements. * Support in reviewing and analyzing documentation, as well as in preparing technical reports and proposals. * Support in preparing provisional and final resolution proposals. Control and review documentation submitted by applicants. * Support in preparing final project documentation. * Verification of investment prior to subsidy payment. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements must be justified by attaching the following documents, as applicable, in the "Annexes" section of the application (or during the process): * Official academic degree or proof of payment of fees for issuance of the academic title. * Work history record and/or employment contract allowing verification and accreditation of required professional experience. * Internship annexes allowing verification and accreditation of required academic experience, if applicable. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * Hold a degree in Technical Architecture or a University Degree in Building Engineering (degree recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities). **Merits (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Previous Experience** * From 3 months up to 2 years of experience in administrative management of grants from European Funds (specify in CV). * From 3 months up to 4 years of experience in drafting rehabilitation projects with improved energy efficiency in buildings (specify in CV). * From 3 months up to 2 years of experience in preparing Energy Efficiency Certificates (specify in CV). * From 3 months up to 2 years of experience in drafting building assessment reports (specify in CV). * From 3 months up to 1 year of experience using the REHABILITA software tool (specify in CV). ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Possibility of signing a training contract to obtain professional practice related to the qualification required in this offer (for which no more than 3 years must have passed since completion of the degree, or 5 years if disability certification is provided, and no previous contract of this type associated with the same qualification exceeding 6 months must have been signed). (Attach degree/payment receipt and updated work history) **Observations** ----------------- * Temporary contract with an estimated duration of 6 months, linked to the execution of the assignment detailed in the publication for the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan or funded by European Union funds. + Full-time.
