




Position Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant to handle daily tasks, manage communications, and resolve incidents while keeping systems up to date. Key Responsibilities: 1. Primary point of contact for telephone communications. 2. Incident resolution and follow-up, collaborating with other departments. 3. Higher Vocational Training in Administration and proficiency in Office suite. We are looking for a person with strong administrative skills to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be handling day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. You will serve as the primary point of contact for telephone calls, professionally managing incoming and outgoing communications. You will also be responsible for resolving and tracking any incidents that arise, working with other departments to implement timely solutions. Maintaining up-to-date information in computer systems will be critical. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and autonomy are highly valued. If you have administrative training and strong proficiency in the Office suite, you may be a good fit for this position. Higher Vocational Training in Administration. Advanced proficiency in the Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Prior experience in similar administrative roles is preferred.
