A basic education or compulsory secondary education (ESO) is required; prior experience in cleaning buildings, offices, commercial premises, or common areas is highly valued. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and familiarity with risk prevention, quality, and environmental standards are also considered. A valid driver's license and personal vehicle are mandatory. Main responsibilities include cleaning indoor facility areas: floors, ceilings, walls, and furniture, using traditional tools such as brooms and mops, as well as easy-to-operate electromechanical equipment. A part-time position is offered with rotating afternoon and night shifts, on a temporary contract.
