**Description:** ---------------- At **Hospes Palacio de los Patos** we are looking for a **Kitchen Assistant** to carry out the following duties: * Assist in the preparation and control of menu ingredients under their responsibility, ensuring compliance with the Chef's instructions (technical sheets...) and chain standards. * Comply with food regulations, allergens and HACCP. * Be responsible for the freshness and quality of products. * Guarantee cleanliness, safety and hygiene at their workstation. * Ensure proper use, care and maintenance of all equipment. * Organize storage and preservation of food items. * Participate in daily stock management. * Compliance with technical sheets. **Requirements:** --------------- * Previous experience of 1\-2 years as a kitchen assistant.
