Job Summary: Develops socio-labor integration and emancipation pathways for young people who have aged out of foster care, supporting their autonomy process through an educational approach. Key Responsibilities: 1. Educational intervention with young people who have aged out of foster care. 2. Development of socio-labor integration pathways. 3. Accompaniment in the process of achieving autonomy for young people. **Minimum Requirements:** ----------------------- * Bachelor's degree in Social Education. * Experience working with young people who have aged out of the Child Protection System is desirable. * Proficiency in educational intervention strategies targeting young people and their emancipation process. * Certificate confirming absence of sexual offense convictions. * High motivation for educational work with young people. * Strong capacity for learning. * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle. **Desired Qualifications:** ------------------------ * Personal and professional competencies such as honesty, loyalty, motivation, commitment, enthusiasm, and ability to work effectively in a team will be valued. * Experience working with young people who have aged out of foster care is desirable. * Experience in educational settings is desirable. * Perseverance and tenacity; integrity and honesty; enthusiasm, commitment, and a person-centered orientation. **Job Duties:** ---------------------- Among other responsibilities, the role includes: developing socio-labor integration and emancipation pathways for young people who have aged out of foster care, and accompanying the autonomy process of program users (youth). **Contract Type:** --------------------- * Temporary **Working Hours:** ------------ * Part-time **Work Schedule:** -------------------- Approximately 10-month interim position. Part-time schedule: 35 hours per week, morning and afternoon shifts. **Minimum Educational Requirements:** --------------------- * Social Education **Conditions:** ---------------- Salary according to applicable collective agreement.
