But what does a Section Manager do? Supervise and delegate tasks to store operators; Manage and resolve customer complaints/suggestions; Ensure their area is properly organized according to established standards; Provide feedback and supervise the team; Manage stock by acting proactively to prevent item shortages; Place orders from respective areas; Control product quality upon store entry; Validate weekly breaks in respective areas; Monitor and implement the rollout of campaigns, promotional actions, tops, islands, according to established guidelines; Supervise the training of new employees, being responsible for their onboarding within their areas; Replace the Store Manager, assuming warehouse management duties when necessary. Do you have what it takes to be a true Hôma Section Manager? We expect: Strong communication skills; Good personal presentation and professional demeanor; Initiative and a strong desire to deliver the best shopping experience to our customers. Retail experience is essential. Professional experience in similar roles (Section Manager, Assistant Manager, etc.); Experience managing teams (small/medium-sized); Computer literacy from a user perspective. What do we offer you?
