Each project is developed with a personalized technical approach, combining experience, innovation, and a strong commitment to energy efficiency and construction quality. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating construction site operations, ensuring quality, on-time delivery, budget compliance, and customer satisfaction. Project planning: scheduling, resources, indirect costs, and personnel allocation. Procurement and purchasing: definition of work packages, selection and negotiation with suppliers and subcontractors. Preparation: establishment of the worksite, legal procedures, health and safety plan. Execution and control: progress monitoring, incident resolution, certification validation, quality and schedule control. Final settlement and after-sales: financial closure, warranty issue resolution, and incident follow-up. Requirements Education: Technical Architecture, Building Engineering or equivalent + 60-hour OSH (Occupational Risk Prevention) course. Experience: Minimum 3 years as a site manager.
