You will be responsible for ensuring store presentation meets company standards, optimizing product display in line with guidelines provided by the Visual Merchandiser Manager from the Marketing VM Portugal team and the Store Manager. * Ensure store image complies with company standards, optimizing product presentation through commercial tools. * Act as the liaison between headquarters and the store regarding visual presentation directives and seasonal strategies. * Develop and train the store team in this area. * Participate in and take responsibility for managing pilot stores. * Propose creative window display concepts for special campaigns, adapted to your region. * Produce visual and window display guidelines. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitors, sales trends, and market data. Candidates with knowledge in fashion, decoration, layout design, furniture, and communication materials will have an advantage. Do you have what it takes to become a true VM at hôma? What we expect from you: Secondary or higher education in decoration, visual merchandising, window dressing, design and image, oriented towards point of sale. Regarding languages, fluent Spanish and intermediate English are required. Additional languages are a plus. **Experience:** Your professional background should include at least 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within home and decoration, fashion, or related industries. Passionate about retail, decoration, home staging, fashion, and home trends, with updated knowledge and sound judgment to add value. You must reside in Granada or Málaga. What can we offer you?
