Contact with people from all over the world **Kitchen Assistant (Part-Time)** Applications accepted until Friday, 27\-02 **Albergue A Casa de Carmen on the Camino de Santiago – Barbadelo \- SARRIA** We are looking for a person to work in the kitchen and join our team **What We Are Looking For** * Experience cooking for large groups. * Ability to consistently follow a set menu with quality and attention to detail. * Strong capacity to manage periods of higher workload intensity. * Orderliness, cleanliness, and methodical approach. * Punctuality, autonomy, and attentiveness in pantry management. * Human sensitivity: this is hands-on work, but above all relational. **What We Offer** * Fixed-term part-time contract (approximately 20–25 hours per week, during lunch/dinner service). * Opportunity to learn and deepen knowledge of Italian cuisine dishes. * Work in the context of the Camino de Santiago, interacting with people from around the world. A personal vehicle is required (we are located approximately 4 km from the center of Sarria). Documentation required to work legally in Spain.
